Lynn ABC held their first show at the Earlsfield gymnasium in front of a boisterous if somewhat sparse audience.

The crowd certainly got behind the three Earlsfield boxers on the sixteen bout prograrmme and Matthew Roberts produced the best performance by an Earlsfield boxer as he defeated the strong and determined A.Regan of the keddles ABC, Regan came forward from the first bell and attempted to overpower Roberts with flurries of punches and hard hitting combinations.Roberts was able to use his height and reach advantage well to score more accurately, Regan kept coming forward throughout the contest but Roberts was able to use his boxing skills to get the majority verdict from the judges.
Connor Butler travelled all the way from liverpool and was in no mood to allow Earlsfield's Gary Hearne to use his height and reach advantage, Butler from the Kirkby ABC picked his shots well and ran out a deserved winner as Hearne never got his jab going and too often allowed his opponent in to range to score.
Patrick Ward stepped in at a moments notice to take part in a Skills contest with M Sheeraz from the Debden ABC.

The next action at the Earlsfield Gymnasium will be the South west London schoolboy championships plus supporting bouts scheduled for 14/01/2012.
